It's the unexpected and colorful. So what? Carry a huuuuge purple teddybear on my head with perfect balance, so what?! I asked for permission and I can tell you that more people than me saw the comic appeal in this everyday scene in India. (You can see the sales man in the background with a huge smile on his face)
